1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and MultiPrep ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the MultiPrep platform available at multiprep.xyz ("Service"). By creating an account or accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use MultiPrep. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Description of Service

MultiPrep is a digital SAT and PSAT preparation platform that provides:

  • A bank of 2,400+ official College Board practice questions organized by skill and domain
  • Adaptive score prediction based on your performance history
  • Speed vs. accuracy analytics and heatmaps
  • Weekly skill focus recommendations
  • Full-length practice tests (Basic and Pro plans)
  • Detailed performance reports and score tracking

4. Account Registration and Security

To access the Service, you must register an account with a valid email address and password. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at multiprep.support@gmail.com
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

MultiPrep reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

MultiPrep offers three subscription tiers:

Free Plan — $0/month
Access to 2,400+ questions, score prediction, topic mastery tracking, speed vs. accuracy heatmap, and What's Holding You Back feature.

Basic Plan — $4.99/month (62,000 UZS/month)
Everything in Free, plus 5 full-length tests per month, detailed score reports, and question-by-question review.

Pro Plan — $7.99/month (99,000 UZS/month)
Everything in Basic, plus unlimited full-length tests, all answer explanations, score improvement guarantee, priority support, and early feature access.

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of initial purchase. Payments are processed securely by Paddle (paddle.com). UZS prices are fixed equivalents and not subject to real-time exchange rate fluctuations. MultiPrep reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

By using MultiPrep, you agree not to:

  • Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials
  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without written permission
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from the Service
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
  • Use the Service for commercial tutoring or test preparation services without prior written authorization from MultiPrep
  • Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through the Service
  • Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls

8. Intellectual Property

All content on MultiPrep — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, algorithms, and analytics — is the exclusive property of MultiPrep and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. SAT® and PSAT® are registered trademarks of College Board. Practice questions are sourced from official publicly available College Board materials. MultiPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by College Board.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MULTIPREP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; (B) ANY SPECIFIC SAT SCORE IMPROVEMENT WILL RESULT FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM; OR (C) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MULTIPREP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR ACADEMIC OPPORTUNITY.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
