Refund Policy

1. Overview

At MultiPrep, we stand behind the quality of our platform. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for paid subscriptions to the MultiPrep Service available at multiprep.xyz.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription to MultiPrep (Basic or Pro plan), provided that:

  • This is your first paid subscription to MultiPrep
  • The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial charge date
  • Your account has not been found in violation of our Terms of Service

No questions asked. We want you to feel confident trying MultiPrep.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at: multiprep.support@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Subject line: "Refund Request"
  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of your subscription purchase
  • Brief reason for the refund (optional)

We will review your request and process approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

4. Renewals and Subsequent Billing Periods

The 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment. Charges for subsequent billing periods (monthly renewals) are non-refundable. We recommend canceling before your next renewal date if you no longer wish to be charged.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from: Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription

Upon cancellation:

  • You retain full access to paid features until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • No prorated refunds are issued for unused days in the current period

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Requests submitted after 7 days of the initial charge
  • Renewal charges (second month and beyond)
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
  • Requests citing issues that were reported and resolved by our support team

7. Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com). Refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days to appear).
