1. Overview
We want you to feel confident subscribing to MultiPrep.
2. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you subscribed to Basic or Pro and are not satisfied within 7 days of your first subscription, email us for a full refund. No questions asked.
3. How to Request
Email support@multiprep.xyz with subject "Refund Request" and your account email. We process within 5 business days.
4. Exceptions
- Only applies to first-time subscribers.
- Renewals are non-refundable.
- Accounts violating Terms are not eligible.
5. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Access continues until end of billing period. No partial refunds for mid-month cancellations.
